Copernicus Data for Land Study and Natural Risk Monitoring within the Framework of the SDGs
Online courses that were offered in November 2024, as part of the INTERCOONECTA programming of AECID (Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation), and within the context of the FPCUP (Framework Partnership Agreement on Copernicus User Uptake) program of the European Commission.
The complete training is called "Copernicus Data for Land Study and Natural Risk Monitoring within the Framework of the SDGs." These are free courses primarily aimed at public administration professionals related to the subject, from Latin America and the Caribbean region. #FPCUP_LATAM
There are two educational pathways within the course "Copernicus Data for Land Study and Natural Risk Monitoring within the Framework of the SDGs", both held in November 2024:
- The Copernicus program applied to land study within the framework of the SDGs
- Application of Copernicus data for natural risk monitoring
An onsite training for each pathway is scheduled for May 2025 in La Antigua (Guatemala), for those who passed the online and first part of the training.
