Infosession of ‘User Uptake of Copernicus Services for Landscape and Spatial Planning Stakeholders’. ISPRA presented Copernicus Land products.

CLMS infosession to the National Statistical System.

The infosession dedicated to the products of the Copernicus Land Monitoring Service took place online on 18 December 2023 and aimed at potential new users belonging to the National Statistical System (Sistan). Sistan represents the network of public and private entities that provides the country and international organizations with official statistical information and includes various inter-institutional thematic working groups responsible for identifying the supply of statistical information to be included in the national statistical programme.

The infosession was attended by users belonging to the Environment and Territory Quality Circle working group. The infosession part consisted of describing the main CLMS products and illustrating the results of the survey regarding the knowledge and use of these products, and the use of the landscape metrics. Participants showed interest in the topics and willingness to participate in other training sessions.
