2026 CLMS General Assembly and user events
The details have fallen into place, and over the course of June 23rd – 25th 2026, the Copernicus Land Monitoring Service (CLMS) expects to host a series of events:
The third General Assembly of the CLMS is currently planned for June 23rd – 24th 2026. In connection with this, the third National Collaboration Programme (NCP) General Assembly and the Global Network of Users (GNU) meeting will be held on June 24th – 25th 2026.
The CLMS General Assembly is expected to be hybrid with the physical location being the Veles e Vents in Valencia, Spain. The NCP General Assembly and the GNU meeting will be held in the same venue but the former will be in-person only and the latter hybrid.
Participation will be free and open to anyone working with, or interested in, the Copernicus Land Monitoring Service. In-person participants are expected to cover their own travel and accommodation costs.
Following on from previous years, the programme will be diverse and will feature elements of interest for policymakers, researchers, the industry, as well as users in Europe and globally. Besides updates on the status and evolution of the CLMS, sessions are expected to include:
- Interactive feedback sessions and discussions of user needs
- Marketplace to meet the CLMS production team
- Panel discussion with policy representatives
- Research developments
- Poster presentations
- Networking opportunities
We hope to see you there!
