Building an active user dialogue
The objective of this action is to catalyse the use of Copernicus data in tackling environmental issues in Chile by linking an existing collaborative network with the Chilean Copernicus Relay consortium, and supporting a process of locally driven workshops to identify proof of concept applications.
Developing and piloting downstream applications and services
The action will build on the successful Defra UK Earth Observation Centre of Excellence programme, which has delivered user dialogue, piloting and implementation of applications, and cross cutting Copernicus products and facilities to reduce the cost and complexity of applications for individual public bodies.
