Baie de Goulven, or Goulven Bay, is a scenic coastal bay located in the Brittany region of France. Known for its rich biodiversity and natural beauty, this ecosystem is home to diverse habitats, including mudflats, an estuary, salt marshes, beaches, and sand dunes, providing essential resources for a wide range of bird species. The 180-hectare site is home to thousands of birds every year, such as ducks, geese, egrets, and spoonbills.  The bay is recognised for its ecological importance and is designated as a Natura 2000 site, helping to safeguard the unique wildlife and natural environments of the area.
