The objective of this action is to establish a Copernicus Academy office in the Czech Republic with synergy of the activities of the National secretariat GEO/Copernicus and Copernicus Academy/Copernicus Relays.

The Great Disaster Challenge is an educational activity using Copernicus earth observation data for disaster management. It is created by a consortium spanning eleven European countries, and will be carried out simultaneously in the participating countries.

The action wants to support monitoring and reporting greenhouse gas emissions and removals from land use, land use change and forestry (LULUCF) in selected Member States (MS).

The main aim of this activity is to provide specific training on technical, business and financial topics and to support knowledge transfer.

Organize a Czech local version of the Copernicus Masters, a competition on Earth Observation data with the aim to select promising proposals for the use of Earth observation data in a variety of applications and fields of human activity and support the implementation of these ideas into a form usable in practical applications.

The objective is to organize a regional networking event-communication platform that provides a discussion forum for regional partners, local public authority representatives, representatives of the private sector and public, academia and mainly possible end users
