In Europe, drought is a recurring phenomenon, affecting extended areas and large populations every year. Across the world, millions of people are annually exposed to droughts that seriously affect economic development and the environment.
SMEs AFRICA has two main objectives. The first objective is Business development and the second objective is to promote the use of Copernicus data to African stakeholders. The goal is, to strengthen the capacity of the territories to adapt to climate change thanks to the use of Copernicus data.
